Felicia is a certified functional practitioner. Growing up Felicia had years of struggling with weight loss. After her two kids, everything changed. Weight wasn't coming off at all anymore, she suffered with very painful heavy bleeding menstrual cycles. She was chronically exhausted and her mood was all over the place. This is when she turned to holistic healing for answers.

She started to clean up her diet, learned to get proper rest, selfcare, and some other tools, she now has her energy back. Along with less PMS, easy breezy periods, and successful weight loss. When all the healing began, she was realized this was something every woman should know and feel.
